Frequently Asked Questions

The YOGA & DOLCE VITA tour runs for 7 days and 6 nights: from September 18 to 24, 2026. We meet at 5 PM in Florence on the first day and return to Florence on day 7. It is autumn season in Tuscany — warm days +22-26 °C, cool evenings, optimal weather for yoga, excursions, and walks through the vineyards.
Tour price — from €1,850 per person. There is a three-tier pricing: €1,850 for bookings by August 1, 2026 (Early Bird), €1,950 by September 1, 2026 (standard price), €2,100 for late bookings. Reservation — 50% deposit, remainder 3 weeks before tour start.
The price includes: 6 nights at Villa Palagina la dimora among olive groves; breakfasts, dinners, and 3 lunches; group transfers to/from the meeting point in Florence; daily yoga practices, breathing techniques, and lectures; guidance from two instructors; excursions with transfers; truffle hunting, visit to Frescobaldi winery, pecorino cheese dairy, Val d'Orcia, thermal pools, and two Italian cooking masterclasses.
Not included: flights to Florence, private transfers to/from the airport to the meeting point, restaurant meals during free time (€20-40 per day), travel insurance (~€20). All other expenses for accommodation, meals as per program, excursions, and activities are already paid.
Accommodation is at Villa Palagina la dimora, a historic 18th-century villa among olive groves and vineyards in the Tuscan hills. The property features a panoramic pool overlooking the valley, a restaurant with local cuisine, free Wi-Fi, tastings of local wine and olive oil, masterclasses, and a beehive. Rooms have twin beds and authentic décor.
The retreat suits both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. Instructor Yulia Urbanskaya adapts the practice to each participant's level and offers asana modifications. Daily morning and evening hatha yoga practice, functional movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). No prior requirements — just willingness to practice.
Group size is limited to a maximum of 12 people for an intimate atmosphere. The tour is led by two: Yulia Urbanskaya (certified hatha yoga instructor with 9 years of experience) and Lana Veklych (travel organizer). Both speak Ukrainian; English and Italian are used for communication with locals.
Meeting point is Florence at 5 PM on the first day (September 18, 2026). The nearest airport is Florence Airport (FLR); Pisa (PSA) and Bologna (BLQ) are also convenient with direct trains to Florence. You arrange the flight and transfer to the meeting point; from the meeting point to the villa we travel together — group transfer is included.
If cancelled more than 40 days before tour start, 50% of paid fees are refunded. If cancelled less than 40 days before, no refund, but we help transfer the booking to another person. We recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation (~€20).
For practice: comfortable yoga clothes, a lightweight blanket or shawl for yoga nidra. The villa provides mats. For walks: comfortable shoes for hills, light daytime clothing, warm sweater for evenings (September — cool nights), swimsuit for the thermal pool and villa pool, sunscreen, personal care items. An umbrella or lightweight rain jacket just in case.
Standard accommodation is double with twin beds. Single rooms are available upon request and for an additional fee. Availability is limited and depends on tour occupancy; we recommend confirming at booking. A single supplement typically costs 30-40% of the base price.
A blend of yoga and dolce vita: morning practices among olive groves, lunches at family wineries, truffle hunting, two Italian cooking masterclasses, natural thermal pools of Val d'Orcia, pecorino cheese dairy. Small group of up to 12 people, historic villa, Ukrainian-speaking guides, and complete logistics — no worries about routes and transfers.
