A week of Tuscan rhythm: morning yoga among olive groves, lunches at family wineries, truffle hunting, Italian cooking masterclasses, and bathing in the thermal pools of Val d'Orcia. Small group of up to 12 people, the historic Villa Palagina la dimora, panoramic pool, and unhurried evenings with homemade wine.
The retreat suits both beginners and experienced practitioners.
