This yoga retreat is built around the energy of Rock and Air — a combination of inner support and the lightness of change.
The practices will help you feel stability in your body and inner resilience through contact with rocks and earth, release physical and mental tension, calm the nervous system, balance your emotional state and find inner clarity.
During the tour, you'll immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Norway — fjords, cliffs and open space. Journeys by water and land, nature and the rhythm of Stavanger will gently support your sense of balance and wholeness.
