About the tour

The energy of Lanzarote is truly special — this place was born of fire, and the land still holds the memory of volcanic forces.

That is why we will work with the element of Earth — the element that brings a sense of stability, grounding, and inner foundation.

The island is breathtaking with its Martian landscapes and black beaches, and among the solidified lava you can find deposits of olivine — a semi-precious stone that will become the foundation of a handcrafted piece of jewelry, a true talisman of strength and transformation for this journey.

Day-by-day program

DAY 1. A GENTLE START TO THE JOURNEY

After meeting at the airport and the group transfer, we check into the hotel and have dinner together.

In the evening we immerse ourselves in the retreat atmosphere:

  • a gentle introduction to feel the support of the group;
  • card work to help see our intentions, expectations and inner requests;
  • a closing intention meditation to attune heart and mind to this transformational week.

Softly, warmly and mindfully, we open the doors to our shared journey.

DAY 2. DEEP IMMERSION

We begin the day with grounding. Standing poses help find support, strength and inner balance — a calm, mindful entry into the day.

Then we head to Timanfaya National Park — the heart of volcanic Lanzarote. Here we'll find olivine, from which each person will create their own travel talisman.

After this, the wine valley of La Geria awaits with a Malvasía Volcánica tasting. And there, right among the volcanic vineyards, we'll sink into silence and practise Ujjayi breathing — contact with the elements in their purest form.

The end of the day — César Manrique's house in the rock, where nature, art and architecture merge into one living space that inspires and amazes.

DAY 3. SPACE WITHIN YOURSELF

We start the morning with forward bends and gentle twists. This practice calms the mind, cleanses the body and creates more inner space for lightness and renewal.

Then we head to Jameos del Agua — a magical underground world where nature and Manrique's art have created an incredible space.

After this — Jardín de Cactus, an amphitheatre of lava with thousands of cactus varieties.

The next stop — Mirador del Río, a viewpoint at 500 m with one of the most beautiful views of La Graciosa.

In the evening we dive into the Viloma breathing practice — a gentle, intermittent rhythm that slows down, soothes the nervous system and offers a soft inner reset before sleep.

DAY 4. THE STRENGTH OF AN OPEN HEART

We spend this day at the hotel in complete relaxation.

Morning practice: Deep exploration of backbends. This is a practice of opening and inner trust. Backbends activate the thoracic spine, free the shoulders and diaphragm, awaken energy and add courage. We learn to do backbends safely — through support, leg strength and the gradual opening of the front of the body. The morning brings a feeling of freedom and inner strength.

Evening practice: Three pranayama techniques — Ujjayi, Viloma, Bhramari. A sequence of three pranayamas calms, deepens breath sensitivity and relaxes the mind. Ujjayi balances the inner state, Viloma sharpens the physical sensation of breathing, Bhramari releases tension and immerses in warm silence. The evening ends in peace and a soft sense of an open heart.

DAY 5. BALANCE OF MOVEMENT AND BREATH

At dawn we climb a volcanic mountain — to greet the day where the sun is born above the black slopes of Lanzarote. We practise balancing: learning to find equilibrium even on unstable ground. A morning about strength, resilience and clarity.

Then we drive to El Golfo and the Green Lagoon — one of the most surreal spots on the island, where the water is a vivid green colour from volcanic minerals.

After that — Salinas de Janubio, the largest salt flats in the Canaries, which look like another planet.

And the finale — Playa Papagayo, a beach of pristine beauty where sea and cliffs create a stunning harmony.

In the evening — Nadi Shodhana breathing, which harmonises the inner space, restores balance and helps to close the day in silence.

DAY 6. DAWN FIRE OF PRACTICE

We spend this day at the hotel in complete relaxation.

Morning practice: 108 cycles of Surya Namaskar. A meditative ritual of renewal and awakening. Each cycle warms the muscles, clears the mind and ignites the inner fire. This practice develops endurance, presence and the strength of intention, creating a feeling of rebirth from within.

Evening practice: Quiet restoration and deep relaxation. After an active morning — gentle integration. Calm observation of natural breathing and deep relaxation help return to the body, feel the silence and satisfaction. The evening ends with clean, peaceful energy.

DAY 7. FINAL DAY

An optional morning practice, then breakfast and packing.

Time for conversation, embraces, drawing inner conclusions.

Everyone leaves a different person — clearer, calmer, more fulfilled.

Group transfer to the airport and returning home with warmth inside.
