Hiking the Valley of 25 Waterfalls.
- Morning workout: strength stretching.
- Hiking one of the world's most unique hiking trails, the "Valley of 25 Waterfalls," with incredible water energy.
- Evening stretching and meditation.

Laurissilva Forest
- Morning full-body functional workout.
- Excursion to the Laurissilva Forest. One of the most mystical places on the island, considered a true power spot.
- Practices for connecting with ancestral energies through the power of the forest.
- Cable car descent to the foot of the mountain at Achadas da Cruz.
